Ariel Burr

Ariel Burr is a Legal Coordinator for The Joseph Project.
Ariel attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where she majored in Psychology and minored is Sociology. She later graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.
While in law school, Ariel clerked for the Southeast Division Housing Court, Exxon Mobile, and Wilson Elser, LLP. After graduation, she began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office (HCDAO) in Houston, Texas. She later also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
In addition to her public service roles, Ariel also possesses private practice experience. She worked at a law firm with an extensive civil defense and litigation docket and later branched out as a solo practitioner, focusing on appellate and business law.
Ariel enjoys being a point of justice access and a problem solver for her clients. She is licensed to practice is Texas and Ohio.
