Abigail Wasil

Abigail Wasil is The Joseph Project’s Secretary officer. Abigail is a licensed attorney who focuses her practice on Michigan no-fault insurance and premise liability cases. She uses her experience preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports in all stages of the litigation and appellate process. She believes attention to detail with timely preparation is the most successful approach to trial.

Abigail believes in giving back to the community. In addition to her service to The Joseph Project, she also serves as a trustee on a local school board.

Abigail is admitted to practice in Florida, Michigan, and the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
